We protect the integrity of the supply chain through the detailed vetting of our suppliers' Food Safety Certifications, Quality and Hazard Control systems, including HACCP, ISO 9001/22000 and FSSC 22000 production protocols. All of these work to ensure the safety of all ingredients during production, packing and shipping. We also offer a comprehensive regiment for testing pesticides, micros and pathogens.
We pride ourselves on our close relationships with origin and travel extensively performing our own physical audits of our factories and warehouses.
We have undertaken training to become compliant under FSMA (Food Safety Modernization Act) and have team members who are PCQI (Preventative Controls Qualified Individual) certified and FSVP (Foreign Supplier Verification Program) trained.
